ReTURN Policy

At Gayla Martin Studio, we take great care in producing and shipping our artwork and items, and we offer a partial refund return policy for your convenience:

Return Period: You may return the artwork/item within 14 days of receiving it.

Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Conditions for Returns: The artwork/item must be in its original condition.

Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at gaylamartinstudio@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for securely packaging and returning the artwork.

Refund Method: Once we have received the artwork in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price, minus the 5% restocking fee and the original shipping cost, to your original payment method.
